Capital Pro Wrestling returns to The Fledge for a 3 PM belltime. We’ve got a great afternoon of action in store for you, including three big title matches!
Our main event is going to pit the Great Lakes Television Champion, CJ Ottgen against Michigan’s king of ultra violence, Chuck Stein. CJ has been champ for over a year and is a master technician. Stein has been a staple in the more niche wrestling events in the region and brings a brawler’s grit and determination. Who will walk out the champion at the end of the night?
Another of our main events is going to be for the Great Lakes Tag Team Titles. The champions, Caleb Stills and Jaimy Coxx, the Murder Machine, look to make another defense of their hard-earned gold. Their opponents will be the rookie tag team of Ray Adams and Phillip Ingram. These two made their CPW debut a couple months ago and impressed management with their singles performances. They’re being given their sink or swim moment, the question is how will they manage?
Our third title match is for the Super Juniorweight Championship. Jason Blasen has been on a tear since winning the title in a tournament in Marietta, GA. His challenger, Conrad Loucks, is on a streak of his own. After vanquishing Blake Bale and running him out of Lansing, Conrad has set his sights on gold of his own. Blasen has bodyguard Pun the Psych in his corner, but the Team Honey Badger members rarely run alone.
“The Da Vinci of Violence” Keith Creme has been looking to paint some flourishes of greatness in his matches as of late. This month he has drawn a member of the Family, Don Tone Leone. Don Tone is known as more of a destroyer of the arts and will be looking to break the artistic fingers of Creme.
The Dirty Nasty team of Nick Xero and Dylan Derringer walked out of singles contracts against WAR Inc’s Dre Jacobs and Billy Ray Daniels last month. Now a tag contract has been signed and WAR Inc. is looking to get some revenge for getting run out on. Xero and Derringer are trying to earn themselves a shot at the Tag Team Titles and a win over WAR Inc. is a sure fire way to earn it.
If the Super Juniorweight Title match isn’t enough, their respective beastly partners will go at it, as well. Pun the Psych and Joseph Norton will fight in what will likely be a ring shattering battle.
Eddie Dylan will also be making his return to the ring as he is matched up against Justin Dream. Which of the three faces of Sheepy will we see?
We’ll also see the Grey Wolves in singles action as Jheras Grey takes on “Mr. One Night Only” JP Ono and Jimi Grey challenges “The Star of Destiny” Georg Mack.
